The adult-only Sunprime Tamala Beach Hotel on the golden sands of Kotu Beach is bursting with facilities, from a fully-equipped gym to a spa and massage centre.

Palm-fringed Kotu is regarded as one of the loveliest beaches in The Gambia and the Sunprime Tamala Beach has sunbeds, cushions and umbrellas on its own section of the soft, golden sand. There is a beach volley-ball area.
Towels are supplied for guests to use on the beach and in the pools.
The centre of the Kotu resort, with bars, restaurants and shops, is nearby and craft markets, a monkey park and botanical gardens can be visited. The capital, Kajul, is less than 20 kilometres away.
