Villa Nicholas is a traditonal stone villa located on the hillside above the village of Stoupa, on the main road which leads up to the village of Neochori. The villa setting commands panoramic views over Stoupa Village as well as the coastline and beyond. The private plunge pool provides the perfect escape from the warm Mediterranean sun and the outdoor furnished terrace offers a relaxing setting for an evening of al fresco dining. Please note due to its location on a steep hill this accommodation may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

A traditional stone, semi detached Maizonette sleeps 2/4 people on two levels with a double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a modern open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. There is a furnished terrace around the private pool area that all rooms have access to this or a balcony. Air conditioning (free of charge) is installed throughout the villa and a welcome pack is available upon arrival. Please note access to and around the villa is uneven.
