Description
Ithea Suites Hotel is located northwest of Corfu town around the wild natural landscape of Ermones. It is set upon the seaside mountain hill overlooking a once secluded bay with a historic heritage. As this specific region of the island is part of the mythical journey of Odysseus. Based on the description of Homer, it was on this bay where Odysseus was drifted to by the rough waves of the Adriatique sea and was found by the noble princess Nausicaa. This marked the beginning of the end to his long journey though troubles and misfortunes, as he found time and a place to relax and recouperate before his final journey back home.
The architectural style of the hotel has a Mediterranean flavour and its amphitheatrically set room-blocks provide a village style setting as regards of the hotel premises.
