Description
Originally a 17th century nobleman's mansion belonging to the family of Count Flamburiari, the original building of the Cavalieri Hotel was partly bombed during the Second World War. The original walls and facade were kept when the hotel was created in 1967. The hotel has been completely renovated and offers 50 rooms in total, with 5 single, 36 twin and 9 maisonette-style rooms. The Cavalieri Hotel is just a couple of miles from the area and is within easy walking distance of the centre of Corfu Town, making it a great base for those wishing to explore this lovely resort. The views from some of the rooms and from the roof top terrace are absolutely stunning. The roof terrace is a great place for pre-dinner drinks, where you can simply relax and admire the views that stretch across the glittering sea to the mountains of the Greek mainland.
