The Castle Harbour Apartments are situated on quite a steep hillside offering holidaymakers great views and a friendly welcome. Terrific value for money, the apartments here are functional, comfortable and cheerful, providing everything necessary for a trouble-free, self-catering break in this pretty resort. It is an ideal choice if peace and quiet are high on your priority list - the apartments are in a residential area and the pool bar is closed by 11.30 at night. That's not to say the fun has to end then, however: there are plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants in the resort within a few hundred metres of the apartments and, for committed party people, Playa Las Americas can be reached on foot in about half an hour, or the local taxi, costing just a few Euros will zip you there in minutes.
The apartments are a creamy white stone, in keeping with the architecture of the area, and have enclosed balconies overlooking the swimming pool and sun terrace or the streets of Los Cristianos. The large and lovely cold swimming pool is guaranteed to bring your temperature down if you dive in. Around it are sun loungers for hire and the bar will provide snacks and drinks to keep you going throughout - a popular place to pass the day. The golden beaches are not far away, though, and offer an alternative to sun worshippers. Meanwhile, the busy port harbour is the place to go to book yourself on one of the exciting whale and dolphin watching boat trips, fishing expeditions or party cruises.
