Globales Samoa

The Globales Samoa is a striking, contemporary looking establishment on the east coast between Cala Domingos and Cala Antena beach and the crystal clear-water coves in this unspoilt area. Large and airy with a modern interior, the imposing main building towers above extensive grounds and from its slightly elevated position, enjoys fabulous views of the gardens and sandy shoreline. Outside, the swimming pool takes centre stage, edged with three low buildings and a pleasing amount of greenery. The main pool resembles a figure of eight, with two distinct sections and, adjacent to it, another pool is for children's uninhibited fun. The hotel is a favourite among families for its great facilities - choose between golf and minigolf, basketball, beach volleyball, pedaloes, water aerobics, table tennis, and pool - and its enviable location a few steps from the sandy bay and within easy reach of the attractions of the resort.

A well run hotel, the staff here work hard to ensure guests have a holiday to remember for all the right reasons and good service is a priority. Spacious rooms are simply, but elegantly furnished in neutral sand and sea hues and kept spotless with a daily clean. Each has a balcony with table and chairs for quiet moments absorbing the warmth, perhaps with a coffee and a good book, or with an aperitif before dinner. After a buffet of Spanish and international dishes, head to the lounge bar and grab a chair for the live music, cabaret acts and professional shows which follow the children's mini disco.
